The surface treatment of aluminium profiles by means of anodisation increases the durability of the material and gives the user many options regarding colour and decorative design and therefore additional application possibilities.
We are capable of anodising profiles up to a length of 7,000 mm in the following colours from 5-20 µm in accordance with EURAS standards:
Pre-treatment
E0
No pre-treatment. Merely degreased. Pressing marks, scratches, etc. remain visible.
E1
Grinding results in a uniform structure. Surface irregularities are levelled out.
E2
Brushing results in a uniform bright surface. Scratches and grooves are only partially evened
out.
E3
Polishing creates an almost shiny surface.
E4
Combination of grinding and brushing.
