Aluminum Profile

Aluminum Profiles – High Quality and Flexibility

We offer high-quality aluminum profiles for industry, mechanical engineering, and architectural projects. With access to 15 modern extrusion presses located in Germany, Belgium, and Turkey, we ensure quick and flexible responses to different requirements.

Our Production Facilities

To produce our aluminum profiles, we have access to a total of 15 extrusion presses across five locations in Germany, Belgium, and Turkey. These machines, spread across different facilities, offer a broad range of manufacturing options:

Two of these presses are equipped with water cooling, allowing for even more precise shaping. Production ranges from 0.060 kg/m to a maximum of 20 kg/m. The profile dimensions vary according to the type:

Available Alloys

Our aluminum profiles are available in the following alloys: 1050A, 6060, 6063, 6005, 6082, 6061, 6101.
Each of these alloys is optimized for specific applications.

How Are Aluminum Profiles Manufactured?

The extrusion process is a precise method in which heated aluminum in the form of a billet is pushed through a die to create the desired profile. Open profiles require only a simple die, while hollow profiles require complex tools with additional cores.

More than 1,000 parameters, such as die temperature, press speed, and cooling, directly influence the final product. Our experienced team ensures that each profile meets the highest quality standards.
