You come with an idea – we develop a market-ready product together. This can be a single aluminum profile or a complex assembly. Other materials such as plastic or stainless steel can also be integrated. The only prerequisite is that at least one component consists of an aluminum profile.

The development process is always in dialogue with the customer. While the designer designs the profile, the toolmaker checks feasibility, and the structural engineer calculates the load capacity. This saves time and ensures quality through bundled expertise.
The product design is already established – but a suitable aluminum profile is missing. Together, we define the requirements for the profile and initiate the same structured development process as with full development.
A draft is already available. Our task is to check pressability, feasibility, and cost-effectiveness. We clarify with you, among other things:
What functions must the profile fulfill?
What tolerances or tongue ratios are achievable?
Practical tests on-site – for example, when setting up a solar system – are also part of the optimization process.

Before expensive tools are built, we manufacture prototypes using:
